For all the first outpatient clinical consultations in any medical specialty offered at the Irma Dulce Social Works you can schedule it at Health Centers or through Health Dial (160), from the Municipal Health Department. For the specialties: Medical Clinic, Otorhinolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, Buco-Maxillo, Pneumology and Physiotherapy, the scheduling can be done directly at the unit.
To schedule appointments at the José Sarney Ambulatory it is necessary to present your Irmã Dulce Social Works Registration Card. Documents required to make this card are: Birth Certificate or some official document with photo (Identity, Work Card, Driver's License), as well as a document proving your address and the National Health Card (SUS card).
